How can I return my order?

How long do I have to make a return?

You can return your order within 14 days from the date you received it.

We reserve the right to send the order back to you if we receive it after the 15th day from the delivery date.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you must pay the return shipping cost.

Can I return a personalized product for a refund?

Personalized products are not eligible for a monetary refund. In case of a sizing error on our part, we will only offer a replacement with the correct size.
