For a limited time, you can enjoy FREE express shipping! You will receive your order in record time, without paying anything extra.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your items will be delivered to your usual home address or the address provided during your order on our website 2TS-KITS.COM. Items will be shipped once payment has been processed. Delivery times are as follows:

Express Shipping: 6 to 10 business days

Custom jerseys with personalized printing require an additional 4–6 days for delivery.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We also offer free shipping everywhere (please check conditions). Visit our shipping policy page for more information.

Where is my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will start processing it as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking email so you can check the status of your shipment at any time on our tracking page. If you have any issues, contact us here and we’ll be happy to help.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want our customers to always be happy with our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. To request a return, contact us on Instagram: @2tskits_official or send an email to contact@2tskitsofficial.store

How long do I have to make a return?

You can return your order within 14 days from the date you received it.

We reserve the right to send the order back to you if we receive it after the 15th day from the delivery date.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you must pay the return shipping cost.

We accept all currencies. At checkout, your bank will automatically convert the amount into euros. Product prices are always displayed in euros.

ORDER

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please use our contact form.

This option is only available if your order has not yet been processed and completed.

I paid for my order but didn’t receive an order confirmation?

If you have placed an order with us and the payment has been successfully charged from your bank account or PayPal, the order is in our system. Due to a high volume of orders, it may happen that you do not receive a confirmation email.

In this case, please use our contact form and provide your full name and address so we can resend your order confirmation email.

Also check your spam folder for the confirmation email or verify whether the payment amount has been deducted by your chosen payment provider.

If you still have not received a confirmation email, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • You canceled the order or the payment was declined (you should still receive an informational email)

  • You entered your email address incorrectly and therefore did not receive the confirmation

To update your email address, contact us with your full name, address, and correct email so we can update it for you.

  • You are on a fake website (always check the website domain or visit our official social media accounts to access the correct website)

Can I modify my order after it has been completed?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been completed.

Once an order is completed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes cannot be changed.
